What is LeadScanner?
LeadScanner finds public posts where somebody is looking for what you sell. It reads public Facebook groups and pages, Reddit, and X. You receive a lead card with the post, author, link, and matched phrase.
Is LeadScanner legal?
We read public content only, while signed out and without bypassing access. Private and closed groups are never read. We treat public posts as personal data under GDPR and publish our legal documents.
Do I need a Facebook, Reddit, or X account?
No. We do not use your account or our own account on these platforms. Public pages are read signed out. You do not need to install an extension either.
Does LeadScanner read Reddit?
Yes. You can choose specific subreddits or all of Reddit. We read posts from the last week. Matches arrive as cards with a link, author, and matched phrase.
Does LeadScanner read X, and how much comes from it?
Yes. On X, we follow public posts matching your phrases. Measurement shows typically 0–2 fresh posts per phrase each week. That is few, but the posts are on target.
How many leads will I get?
We do not promise a lead count. Results depend on your sources, phrases, and whether people publicly ask for your service. The free check tells you whether a Facebook group link is public and readable.
Is each platform priced separately?
No. Every plan includes Facebook, Reddit, and X in keyword mode. Intent scoring, reasons, and reply drafts are available from Growth. Growth and higher plans also read comments.
What happens if a group is private?
We do not read it. LeadScanner works only with public groups and pages. You can check a Facebook group link for free before adding it as a source.
How is this different from a browser extension?
We do not work through your account and require no installation. We read public pages while signed out. We cannot see groups available only to members through their accounts.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel in one click. There are no scope surcharges. If a scan fails on our side, the points return to your plan's point pool.
