No. LeadScanner reads public content only and does so signed out. It does not use your account or a LeadScanner account. You do not install an extension. Closed and private Facebook groups are never read.
Can I keep each client campaign separate?
Yes. One campaign serves one client. It has its own offer profile, sources across Facebook, Reddit, and X, notification rules, and time zone. You can also create a separate PDF report for each campaign.
Does LeadScanner publish replies for my agency?
No. AI mode can add an intent score, a one-line reason, and a reply draft. The draft follows the post’s language and platform style. LeadScanner never publishes it. Your team replies in the thread itself.
