Who LeadScanner is for

Pages written separately for sales teams, agencies and trades. One tool, several different questions, each of which needs its own answer.

This page exists because “monitoring public groups” means something different to everybody who buys it. A sales team asks how many enquiries actually arrive in a week, and whether anyone will reach the thread before it closes. An agency asks how to split sources between clients and what to put in the report. A trade asks one thing: whether this is the same as buying leads, which it has already been burned by.

The answers differ; the product underneath them does not change from page to page. We read public Facebook groups and pages, Reddit and X while signed out of every account, ours and yours. An alert carries the post, the author, the link and the phrase that matched, and stops there: no phone numbers, no member lists, and the same request is never sold on to a second company.

Pick the page closest to you and read it instead of the home page — it is shorter and written in your words. If none of them fits, start with the free group check on the home page: it tells you whether that particular group is readable without an account at all, before you pay for anything.
