A neighbor asks the group for a contractor — you get that post before it sinks.

A renovation crew work table in a half-finished apartment with a drill, tape measure, paint swatches, and a glowing phone.

You do not need another lead seller

A neighborhood request disappears under newer posts within hours. Your reply starts the conversation in public.

“I cannot read groups every morning.”

Choose local sources and phrases once. An email alert shows the post, author, link, and matched phrase.

“I do not want a shared request.”

You pay for a scan, not a lead. We do not deliver the same request to other firms.

“I will not connect my Facebook account.”

We read public pages signed out. We use neither your account nor ours.

Do not buy leads

Lead sellers sell the same request to several contractors. Here, someone may have asked neighbors publicly an hour ago. You see the post and reply first in that thread. We do not deliver that request to other firms. Nobody else gets “your” lead from us. We do not deliver phone numbers. You receive the public post, author, link, and matched phrase. You start the conversation yourself, like anyone in the group.

Three steps before your next job

Start where homeowners already ask their neighbors for a local contractor.

  1. Add your local places

Paste public Facebook group links. Add subreddits, all of Reddit, or X keyword phrases.

  2. Describe the work you want

Add phrases like “need a roofer,” “AC not working,” or “need a plumber.”

  3. Reply in the thread

Your email alert includes a lead card. You reply publicly yourself, like anyone else in the group.

Where contractor leads appear

Facebook neighborhood groups remain the main source for local trades. Reddit adds reach, while X has few, but on target posts.

Starter for a few local sources

Starter fits when you watch a few local places and reply yourself. It includes five sources, keyword mode across Facebook, Reddit, and X, plus email alerts. One scan of one source uses one point. There are no surcharges for scope.

Starter does not read comments or send SMS alerts. Both are available from the Growth plan.

Questions that come with it

Do I need to connect a Facebook account?

No. LeadScanner reads public Facebook pages signed out. It uses neither your account nor ours. It never reads closed groups. No extension is installed. You receive a lead card with the public post, its author, and a link.

Will I receive the homeowner's phone number?

No. We do not provide phone numbers or email addresses. You receive the public post, author, and thread link. You reply in the group yourself. That is the same contact method available to anyone who can see the public request.

Does Starter cover Facebook, Reddit, and X?

Yes. Every plan reads Facebook, Reddit, and X in keyword mode. Starter sends email alerts. You can add public Facebook groups or pages, selected subreddits, all of Reddit, and X keyword phrases.

How recent are Facebook posts?

In our measurement, one signed-out visit returns about 10 posts in newest-first order. Growth and higher also read comments below those posts. Posts older than one week are ignored. Starter does not read comments.

Can I check my Facebook group first?

Yes. The home page offers a free check for a Facebook group link. It tells you whether the group is public and readable. Then you can start a free trial with no card required.
